A warm, contemporary and climate-responsive residence. Rather than relying on elaborate ornamentation, the building achieves character through material texture, façade layering, shading devices, greenery and carefully proportioned openings.
The façade is articulated through layered projections, deep horizontal overhangs, recessed openings, planted balconies and semi-open screened spaces, providing shade, privacy and natural ventilation. A combination of earthy materials and contemporary detailing creates a warm and sophisticated residential character, while integrated landscaping and outdoor terraces establish a strong connection between the architecture and its tropical surroundings.
