The design is strongly contemporary, with a focus on simple volumes, horizontal planes, large openings, deep shading devices and material contrast. Its tropical character comes from the extensive landscaping, covered outdoor areas, rooftop terraces and open-plan relationship between the house and garden.
This residence characterized by bold geometric volumes, flat roof planes, deep cantilevered canopies and a carefully balanced palette of neutral plaster, terracotta-toned panels, natural stone and warm timber. The composition is articulated through a central upper-level terrace, recessed openings, dark-framed glazing and layered outdoor spaces. Generous shaded areas and extensive tropical landscaping create a strong connection between the architecture and its surroundings, while providing climate-responsive outdoor living. The combination of clean contemporary geometry, earthy materials and lush greenery gives the residence a refined, warm and resort-inspired architectural character.
